R&DA 2026 Fall Meeting & Exhibition

The Research & Development Associates for Military Food & Packaging Systems (R&DA) will hold its 2026 Fall Meeting & Exhibition on October 27–29, 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead, 3300 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305, USA (about 23 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport).

The program includes presentations, discussions, and a food exhibition, with opportunities to meet government decision makers and industry leaders. Overflow lodging is listed at Hyatt Place Atlanta/Buckhead, 3242 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30305.

Exhibition

The exhibition is on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. Networking with government foodservice buyers and industry runs 12:30 PM–3:30 PM. Lunch is not served that day so attendees can visit exhibitor booths. Booths were sold out at the time of verification; wait-list contacts are Jan Cook ([email protected]) and Taryn Barclay ([email protected]). A second vendor showcase is scheduled Wednesday, October 28.

Registration and materials

Early-bird rates end September 29. Program materials are posted on the Meeting Attendee Resources page after October 12, 2026, and also provided onsite. A completed registration form must be sent after credit-card payment.
