Warsaw Food Expo

Warsaw Food Expo is Poland's international industry trade fair for food, held at Ptak Warsaw Expo.

  • Edition: 8th edition, June 8-10, 2027, open 10:00-17:00
  • Venue: Ptak Warsaw Expo, Hall E, Al. Katowicka 62, 05-830 Nadarzyn
  • Exhibits: food products and ingredients, dairy, meat and deli, bakery and confectionery, beverages, organic and regional specialities, plus packaging and food-service solutions
  • Scale: the organizer reports more than 3,600 visitors, around 73 exhibitors and 15,000 sqm of exhibition space in the current cycle
  • Format: co-located with refrigeration technology and other food-sector fairs, with free parking and visitor registration through the official site

The fair connects Polish and international food producers, distributors, retail chains and HoReCa buyers.
