Beijing Energy Congress 2027

The Beijing Energy Congress (BEC) will take place 13–15 January 2027 at the China National Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing. Co-hosted by dmg events and Beijing Capital Group Exhibitions & Events (BCGEE), the inaugural congress is positioned as an international gathering that connects global markets to China’s energy sectors. The programme includes a Strategic Conference, Technical Conference, Leadership Roundtables, China Energy Club, and a three-day exhibition.

Sectors in focus include oil, natural gas and LNG; hydrogen; renewables and low-carbon solutions; energy manufacturing; nuclear energy; electrification; AI, digitalisation and technology; and shipping and logistics. The organisers cite expected scale of 30,000+ industry professionals, 500+ global exhibitors, 100+ countries and regions, 2,000+ conference delegates, 500+ speakers and 150+ sessions.

CNPC Economics & Technology Research Institute (CNPC ETRI) is named Principal Content Planning Partner. CNPC ETRI, CNOOC, Sinopec and other Chinese and international energy organisations have been involved in content and preview events.
