The NMBS Exhibition is organised by the National Merchant Buying Society (NMBS). The organiser describes it as the UK’s leading exhibition for merchants: a buying and networking show where independent merchants meet manufacturers and distributors.

The next edition is Wednesday 14 April 2027 and Thursday 15 April 2027 at the Coventry Building Society Arena, Judds Lane, Coventry CV6 6GE, United Kingdom. NMBS publishes opening times of 8:30am to 4:00pm on Wednesday 14 April and 8:30am to 3:00pm on Thursday 15 April.

NMBS suppliers offer exhibition rebates, discounts and promotions that are available only to NMBS members who attend and visit supplier stands. The organiser’s recap of the 2026 exhibition lists 301 exhibitors, rebates of up to 15 percent, more than 1,200 member attendees and over 25,000 interactions between members and exhibitors.

The dedicated show site nmbs-exhibition.co.uk was still advertising the past edition (15-16 April 2026) when checked. Dates and the venue for this listing follow the organiser’s NMBS Exhibition 2027 page.

NMBS registered head office is 10 Merus Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester LE19 1RJ. Telephone 0116 253 0531. Email [email protected].
