Zhengzhou International Bakery Exhibition 2026
The 25th International Food Beverage Asia Fair (FBAF) will run from 16‑20 November 2026 in a dual‑city format across Hengqin and Macao. The event showcases ten themed exhibition zones covering core categories such as Food & Beverage, Coffee & Tea, Meats, Wine/Spirits/Beer, Food Catering & Services, Food Science & Technology, Food Technology, Processing Technology, Baking Equipment & Materials, and Supporting Services. Expected participation includes about 1,000 exhibitors from 30 countries and regions, attracting roughly 60,000 professional visitors from 32 markets, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao, Russia, Japan, the US and Singapore. The fair serves as a trade hub linking the Chinese mainland with Portuguese‑speaking markets and leverages the Guangdong‑Macao cooperation zone to facilitate business matching, product launches, and industry networking across 10 trade shows and 40 events.
