About the Exhibition
The China Nuts, Roasted Seeds and Dried Fruits Exhibition and Procurement & Supply Conference is China's flagship trade fair for the nuts, roasted seeds and dried fruit sector. Organised by the exhibition organising committee together with Beijing Zhongjian Heguo Information Technology Service Co., Ltd., the show is staged every April in Hefei, Anhui, and is supported by the International Nut and Dried Fruit Council (INC) alongside provincial and municipal industry associations.
2027 Edition
The 20th edition runs from 14 to 18 April 2027 at the Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center (southwest corner of the Luzhou Avenue and Jinxiu Avenue intersection, Binhu New District, Hefei). April 14-15 are reserved for build-up, exhibitor registration and conference sessions, while the exhibition floor is open from 16 to 18 April 2027. The event is held in parallel with the Snack and Seasonal Gift Food Exhibition.
Sectors and Zones
The exhibition spans the full industry chain: raw and processed nuts, seeds and dried fruits, regional speciality products, ingredients and auxiliary materials, processing and packaging equipment, and private-label OEM production. Halls include the Global Nuts and Dried Fruits Hall (main hall, 23,000 sqm), the Full-Chain Processing Equipment Hall (Hall 2, 20,000 sqm), the Smart Manufacturing Equipment Hall (Hall 4), the "Nut+" Fresh Snack and Seasonal Gift Hall (Hall 6), the Ingredients Halls (Halls 5 and 7) and the Regional Speciality Food Hall (Hall 8).
Trade Programme
A new international zone gives overseas buyers and suppliers dedicated exhibition space, meeting rooms and one-to-one negotiation areas. The 2027 edition introduces the China and International Ingredients and Food Procurement Matchmaking Conference, a multi-billion-yuan sourcing event connecting producers with domestic and international retail, e-commerce and distribution channels.
