Convention & Expo KOA Convention & Expo Kampgrounds of America has been hosting an annual convention for its campground for 60 years. Happening every November, we change locations each year. We focus on our prior year’s success and our future as the leader of private camping in North America. With general sessions, workshops, and guest speakers, KOA’s campground owners, and managers have the opportunity to learn more about their business and make connections with their peers. Our annual Expo runs over two days during our Convention, generally at the end of the week. Booths are limited, but we host an average of 150 vendors. KOA’s approved vendors are cordially invited to attend the annual KOA Expo. This highly anticipated event provides an excellent opportunity to engage directly with campground owners and operators, showcasing your exceptional products and services. Participating as an exhibitor at the KOA Expo is a pivotal step towards securing orders and forging valuable connections. With 75% of our attendees making purchase decisions while there, Expo is a great way to be involved with KOA. To receive an invitation to our annual Convention & Expo, a vendor must be a KOA Approved Vendor prior to registration. Non-approved vendors will have their registration canceled and pay a handling fee. KOA does not allow vendors to attend the Convention portion of our Convention & Expo nor have sales areas outside of the Expo Hall. There may be opportunities for Convention attendance through Sponsorship packages or as an invited guest. Additional costs may be associated with those opportunities. 2024 Convention & Expo November 20th & 21st at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center in San Antonio, TX. Registration Invitations will be e-mailed to all KOA Approved Vendors in Spring 2024 ensuring your participation in this one-of-a-kind event!
