Dessert Sweets & Bakery Festival (デザート・スイーツ＆ベーカリー展) 2027
Japan's leading trade exhibition dedicated to desserts, sweets, bakery and cafe/beverage ingredients, equipment, containers and packaging, held as part of the FABEX Tokyo exhibition group organised by the Japan Food Journal (日本食糧新聞社).
