The IOFM Fall Conference & Expo (the event historically branded APP2P) is the most comprehensive event dedicated to Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay professionals, bringing together experienced practitioners and innovative strategists for an in-depth three-day learning experience. The 2026 edition runs November 2-4, 2026 at the JW Marriott Austin, 110 E 2nd St, Austin, TX 78701.
Program schedule (all times CST):
- Monday, November 2 — registration 7:00 AM-6:00 PM; pre-conference full-day certifications and workshops 8:30 AM-4:30 PM; opening networking reception 5:00-6:30 PM.
- Tuesday, November 3 — registration 7:00 AM-5:30 PM; keynote and conference sessions 8:25 AM-4:55 PM; networking reception 6:45-8:30 PM.
- Wednesday, November 4 — registration 7:30 AM-1:00 PM; closing sessions 8:30 AM-3:30 PM.
Tracks include Advanced AP Operations, AP Fundamentals & Best Practices, Automation Case Study, Keynote, Leadership & Career Development, Operations | Compliance | Security, Panel and Peer Networking Roundtable. On-site IOFM certifications (Accounts Payable Manager, Accounts Payable Specialist, Accredited Procure-to-Pay Manager) and workshops are available for an additional fee. Discounted housing through onPeak at the JW Marriott Austin must be booked by October 11, 2026.
