In September 2025, Paris hosted the first joint event of Sirha Omnivore and the Paris Coffee Show, setting the stage for a unique gathering of enthusiasts and professionals in the culinary and coffee sectors. Through this event, held from September 7th to 10th at the Parc Floral de Paris, over 7,900 attendees, including 60% professionals, came together to engage with innovative cooking and specialty coffee.
