This year, the conference will be held in conjunction with the Cannabis Conference. The program begins with pre-conference training and workshops, followed by two days of educational panel discussions and high-level presentations.Rick Biros is president of Innovative Publishing, and director of The Food Safety Consortium. The Food Safety Consortium continues its format of strategic meetings of minds, but we will complement that with practical, on-the-ground information.
