FOODEX JAPAN 2027

The 52nd International Food and Beverage Exhibition (第52回 国際食品・飲料展). The English organizer homepage describes it as Japan's leading food and beverage exhibition and the most established international F&B business platform in Asia.

• Dates: 9 March (Tuesday) to 12 March (Friday) 2027, four days
• Venue: Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo, Japan
• Halls: East Exhibition Halls 1-8 and West Exhibition Halls 1-4 (Japanese outline and 2027 venue-layout page; layout may change with exhibitor applications)
• Hours:
• East Halls 1-6: 10:00-17:00 (until 16:30 on the final day)
• East Halls 7-8 and West Halls: 09:30-17:00 (until 16:30 on the final day)

Admission

Same-day ticket 10,000 yen (tax included). Visitors with an invitation enter free. People who are not industry professionals, and anyone under 16, cannot enter. Scale (English homepage)

3,000+ exhibitors, 28+ sectors, 100 countries. The Japanese about page says the show has been held every year since 1976 and that 2027 is the 52nd edition. Separate 2026 result figures on that page (3,238 exhibitors, 73,842 registered visitors) are prior-edition results, not 2027 forecasts.

CMS correction

Previous CMS dates 2026-03-13 to 2026-03-13 did not match the official 2027 edition. The English HTML title still says "52th" and drops the closing quote; the edition on the Japanese outline is 第52回 (52nd). Slug food-design-expo-45295 was left unchanged.
