HR Expo Pro 2026
The XXVI HREXPO PRO Людей is a two‑day HR conference held on 18‑19 June 2026 at the Digital Business Space, Moscow (ul. Pokrovka 47). It brings together 200 participants, 50 speakers and 12 exhibition stands across two halls and seven thematic tracks. The program focuses on strategic HR transformation and includes four main exhibit categories: 1) Talent retention and employer branding – strategies for holding key staff, flexible compensation and low‑budget branding; 2) AI and digitalisation – automation of HR processes, generative AI in recruitment, analytics, risk‑management and AI‑agent integration; 3) Future competencies and reskilling – identification of emerging skills, corporate universities, up‑skilling pathways for 2025‑2030; 4) Remote/hybrid work and culture – tools for distributed teams, psychological safety, legal aspects, and culture change. Additional sessions cover HR metrics, ROI, and leadership in a human‑centred, adaptive organisation. The event serves as a networking hub for HR professionals, solution providers and policy makers.
