Come and learn about bats in a fun, educational day! The day's activities will end around 4:00pm. Programs begin at 10:00am. Speakers include Mike Scafini, wildlife biologist from the PA Game Commission; Luke Fultz, bat researcher at Apogee Environment, and licensed wildlife rehabber of Centre Wildlife Care. Special guest Bruce Wayne will also be present! Bat enthusiasts can choose between building bat houses or making bat crafts. All participants will receive a pizza lunch. Before visiting the caverns, an informative presentation entitled "An introduction to Speleology" will be presented. We hope to observe some hibernating nocturnal bats in their habitat! All participants will receive a discount on Lincoln Caverns merchandise and bat-themed items!
Tickets include all workshops, craft supplies, and a pizza lunch.
