Food & Hotel Asia Singapore 2026
Food Hospitality Asia (FHA) 2026 is a major trade show held at Singapore Expo from 21‑24 April 2026. It brings together the food, beverage and hospitality sectors across Asia, expecting over 80,000 visitors and more than 2,750 exhibitors. The event spans 18 specialised segments, covering fresh produce, fine food, hospitality technology, sustainable solutions, convenience food, halal, seafood, wine & spirits, specialty coffee & tea, and more. New zones include the Epicurean Gallery – a curated showcase of premium products and networking sessions; the Singapore Seafood Pavilion – highlighting fresh, frozen, aquaculture and value‑added seafood from global suppliers; and FutureFWD – a four‑day conference spotlighting AI, robotics, data‑driven insights and next‑gen hospitality innovations. The Young Chefs Grand Prix competition pits chefs under 25 in a live cook‑off. FHA is co‑located with ProWine Singapore HoReCa, offering a comprehensive platform for brands to launch products, meet buyers, and explore emerging trends across the region.
