AQUATECH TAIWAN (Chinese: 臺灣國際漁業科技展) is the fisheries technology zone of Taiwan Smart Agriweek, Asia's 6-in-1 B2B agri-food exhibition held at TaiNEX 1 in Taipei. The 2027 edition runs September 8-10, 2027 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1, No. 1 Jingmao 2nd Rd., Nangang District, Taipei.
Exhibition profile
Three sections:
- Marine fisheries - smart vessel systems, fishing gear and machinery, digitalised catch management, marine resource conservation and responsible-fishing programmes.
- Aquaculture & algae - smart farming management systems, environmental monitoring, cage-culture equipment, feeding management, disease control and low-carbon, sustainable aquaculture.
- Premium seafood - quality seafood from Taiwan and abroad, international seafood certification services, processing technology and market-access strategies.
Product groups: smart aquaculture systems and equipment, fish disease control, aquafeed and additives, aquatic seedlings, aquatic biotechnology, water quality management equipment, cage aquaculture technology, aquavoltaics (fish-electricity) turnkey planning, fishing-vessel equipment, smart fishing technology and equipment, and recreational fisheries.
Who exhibits and who visits
Target visitors are fish farmers and fishermen, fishing-boat operators, producers and processors, importers and exporters, wholesalers and retailers, e-commerce and catering buyers, shipbuilders, ICT providers, industry associations, government agencies, research institutes and consultants.
Admission
Free admission with online pre-registration - one registration per email address; a QR-code confirmation is issued and scanned at the entrance. Children under 12 are not admitted, a neat dress code applies (no flip-flops or open-toed sandals), and smoking is prohibited throughout the venue. The venue is reached from Nangang Exhibition Center MRT Station (Wenhu or Bannan Line), Exit 1.
Opening hours
The most recent edition (September 8-10, 2026) opened 09:30-17:30 on the first two days and 09:30-16:30 on the final day. Hours for the 2027 edition had not been published at the time of verification.
Organiser and background
Organised by MY Exhibition Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of WES Expo Group (Worldwide Expo Services Ltd), which has run Taiwan Smart Agriweek since 2014. Across the six zones the organiser reports 400+ exhibitors and 2,000+ products. The fisheries zone previously ran as the Taiwan International Fisheries & Seafood Show, held alongside Taiwan Smart Agriweek in September 2024 at TaiNEX 1 (September 11-13, 2024); it is now presented under the AQUATECH TAIWAN brand.
