Assembly of Delegates (AOD) is the National Apartment Association's largest business meeting of the year, convening all NAA and NAAEI Boards, Committees and Task Forces and installing the incoming volunteer leadership. The Assembly is composed of up to 250 delegates from NAA's ten regions.

The 2026 Assembly of Delegates takes place in person on 11-13 November 2026 at the Loews Kansas City Hotel, Kansas City, Missouri, United States. Pre-registration is complimentary for all attendees who register by 1 November 2026; a $50 registration fee applies to registrations received after that date.
