The 37th annual Magnolia State Gem, Mineral, and Jewelry Show, hosted by the Mississippi Gulf Coast Gem and Mineral Society, will take place at the Ocean Springs Civic Center in Ocean Springs, MS on September 26‑27, 2026. Vendors will offer a wide range of gemstones, minerals, fossils and jewelry from around the world. Society members will demonstrate gemstone cabochon cutting, faceting, pearling, beading, wire‑wrapping and other jewelry‑making techniques. Family activities include a kids’ coloring contest, sand‑bag gemstone hunts, and hourly door‑prize giveaways. A raffle featuring jewelry, gems, art and mineral specimens will be held, with tickets sold at $1 each or six for $5. Food options include hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken gumbo, red beans and rice, and beverages. Admission is $5, free for children 12 and under with a paying adult.
