Central Ohio’s Building Industry Association (BIA) Parade of Homes runs September 17–27, 2026, Thursday through Sunday, 12 p.m.–6 p.m. Presented by Pella Columbus.
The Parade is the region’s premier showcase of new home design and construction. Since the 1950s the BIA has invited builders and developers to open properties to the public. For a fourth year the format is scattered-site: homes sit across Columbus-area communities rather than in a single development, covering new houses, townhomes, apartments, and mixed price points.
Thousands of visitors tour participating homes. Builders, sponsors, and associate members use the event for visibility, client conversations, and industry networking. Promotion includes TV (paid and earned), social media, and updates on the BIA website.
Hours: noon–6 p.m. on open days (Thursday–Sunday during the date range). Entry registration and builder partnership details are on the official page.
Location: multiple communities in the Columbus, Ohio area (not a single hall). Plan routes via the BIA Parade of Homes site.
