SMTA International 2027
SMTA International is the electronics manufacturing industry's premier technical conference and exhibition, organized by the Surface Mount Technology Association (SMTA). The program brings together engineers, researchers and suppliers working across assembly, packaging, reliability, inspection, test and materials science, with sessions mapped over four days and six specialized technical tracks covering the topics that shape modern electronics production.
The exhibition runs alongside the conference, giving attendees direct access to equipment makers, materials suppliers and service providers, together with paper presentations, workshops and networking events. The event is held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois, in the Chicago metropolitan area, close to O'Hare International Airport. Onsite registration opens in the convention center's main lobby at 7:30 am each day.
