Gulfood 2026/2027, the world’s largest food‑and‑beverage sourcing event, spanned two mega‑venues – Dubai World Trade Centre (15‑18 Mar 2027) and Dubai Exhibition Centre (19 Mar 2027). Over 8,500 exhibitors from 195 countries showcased more than 1.5 million products across 12 core sectors, with new dedicated zones for Fresh Produce, Startups, Logistics and Grocery Trade. Key categories included Beverages, Dairy, Fats & Oils, Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Power Brands and emerging FoodTech. Highlights featured AI‑driven farming (INNOFarms.AI), blockchain logistics, smart cold‑chain solutions, and the Big Deal Hub for high‑value buyer‑seller negotiations. The event launched major product lines (e.g., ATOM Robotic Café, No Bloat health‑tech), unveiled a AED 130 M SoFood factory, and hosted strategic MoUs (Spinneys‑Bustanica, DMCC‑UAE Food Cluster). National pavilions such as Sri Lanka’s record‑size stand, Thailand’s Halal showcase, and the Netherlands’ 72‑company cluster underscored global trade breadth. Complementary programmes included the World Economy Summit, Innovation Awards, Agri‑FoodTech Startup Challenge, NXT Stage for frontier technologies, and extensive conference tracks on food security, sustainability and digital transformation.
