ACG's 2026 Annual Scientific Meeting & Postgraduate Course
The Premier GI Clinical Meeting & Postgraduate Course takes place October 9–14, 2026 at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
The ACG Annual Scientific Meeting & Postgraduate Course offer excellent faculty and a dedicated focus on the needs of GI clinicians. The Annual Scientific Meeting is the only major GI meeting still offered as a member benefit at no extra charge; members also receive discounted registration for the Postgraduate Course and Friday courses.
ACG 2026 offers clinicians, academicians, researchers, trainees, advanced practice providers and other GI professionals access to experts on GI, hepatology, and endoscopy, plus networking and the latest gastrointestinal technology and therapeutics in the Exhibit Hall.
Format
The in-person meeting is October 9–14, 2026 at Music City Center. ACG is offering a hybrid conference: educational sessions will be livestreamed, and scientific posters are available in Nashville and digitally on the ACG 2026 Conference Platform. Virtual on-demand access begins in October and remains available until March 31, 2027.
Friday courses (including GI Pathology & Imaging, ASGE/ACG Endoscopy Course, Practice Management Summit, and others) complement the weekend Postgraduate Course. Signature programs include Endoscopy School Hands-on Workshops, EndoTitans, GI Jeopardy, and the SCOPY Awards.
Registration & housing
Register only through the official site. Bundle two or more paid courses for a 10% discount (the Postgraduate Course and Annual Scientific Meeting “Bonus Sessions” do not count toward the bundle). Headquarters hotel is the Omni Nashville Hotel; official housing is via Orchid Events / Passkey.
