SPIEL Essen 2026 is the world’s largest public board‑game fair, held in Essen, Germany from 22 to 25 October. Over 220,000 visitors from 80+ nations will explore 7 halls (≈77,500 sqm) featuring 948 exhibitors and 1,716 new titles. The event showcases a broad range of categories: strategy and conspiracy board games (e.g., SYNCANITE FOUNDATION), family and tactical games (Calupum), classic and modern Eurogames (Catan – Connect), thematic hobby games (Golden Demon painting competition), large‑format titles (Denkriesen XXL), and innovative newcomers (High Tide).
