HCSA Annual Conference & Exhibition 2026

The HCSA Annual Conference is the premier event for professionals in the healthcare supply chain sector, offering networking, learning and collaboration. The 2026 edition returns to the Telford International Centre on 18–19 November 2026 under the theme Setting the Agenda.

Join two days of CPD-certified presentations, interactive workshops and an extensive exhibition showcasing the latest innovations and solutions in healthcare supply chain management. The organisers expect around 850 delegates, 50 sessions and 90 exhibitors.

Venue and hours

Telford International Centre, International Way, Telford TF3 4JH. Event opening times are 08:30–17:00 both days. Delegates and exhibitors have free parking. Telford Central Station is less than a mile from the venue.

Programme

The 2026 programme is live. Day 1 (18 November) includes a welcome from HCSA President Matthew Swindells, plenaries on NHSE/DHSC system-led work, the Provider Selection Regime, collaboration and clinical leadership in procurement, plus breakouts on logistics, sustainability and supplier partnerships. Day 2 (19 November) includes CIPS Global CEO Ben Farrell, the Procurement Act, NHS Supply Chain 2030, and a closing address from HCSA Chief Officer Keith Rowley. The HCSA Annual Awards Gala Dinner is on the evening of 19 November at TIC.
