Collections and Disconnects Conference

Next edition: June 9–10, 2027 at the Minnesota Rural Electric Association (MREA) Headquarters, 11640 73rd Ave N, Maple Grove, MN 55369 — dates published on the MREA events calendar and 2027 Calendar of Events.

The conference covers collections policy, the Minnesota Cold Weather Rule, energy assistance programs, legal issues ("Ask the attorney"), and co-op collections policy comparisons. Attendees are utility employees with credit/collection duties and member service representatives. The 2026 edition (June 10–11, 2026) was held at the same Maple Grove headquarters with hotel block at Holiday Inn & Suites Arbor Lakes.
