BEYOND BEAUTY TOKYO is the renamed successor of the long-running DIET & BEAUTY FAIR, Japan's largest business-to-business beauty and health industry trade show. From 2026 the show was renewed into two co-located specialist exhibitions, BEYOND BEAUTY TOKYO for beauty and Health & Wellness Expo Autumn for inner health, both staged at Tokyo Big Sight West Hall.
