Germany’s largest trade fair for baking, cake art and creative confectionery returns to Messe Dortmund on Saturday 20 – Sunday 21 March 2027. The 2026 edition has already taken place; the official save-the-date on the organiser site is 20–21 March 2027 at Dortmund Trade Fair.

Programme
The fair is the meeting place for cake decoration: live shows, workshops, international guests, and Germany’s biggest cake competition. The Cake Academy demonstrates professional techniques step by step. Hands-on activities and workshops are also offered for children. CAKE & BAKE runs at the same time as CREATIVA, Europe’s largest creative trade fair, with a combined ticket.
The range covers baking and cake decorating, ingredients, tools, machines, decoration, packaging, literature and software, plus pralines, patisserie and chocolaterie.
Visitor tickets are expected in autumn 2026. Exhibitor stand registration for 2027 is open on the official site.
Arrival
U-Bahn stop Westfalenhallen (U45 from Dortmund Hauptbahnhof about 10 minutes; also U46). North entrance and checkrooms. Parking A1–A4, A8, C1/C2, D2, E3, F and weekend E1/E2. Messe-Express serves selected lots and the Westfalenhalle main entrance.
