NHSCOT - New Hampshire Highland Games & Festival 2026
The NH Highland Games & Festival (NHSCOT) is one of the largest and most diverse Highland Games held in the United States, returning September 18-20, 2026 at Loon Mountain Resort in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Held annually on the third Friday, Saturday and Sunday of September, this three-day festival brings together tradition, pageantry and fun with stirring bagpipe music, thrilling heavy athletic competitions, live music, entertainment and cultural activities for all ages. Highlights include the Clan Village with 30+ clans and genealogy resources, the Caledonian Clash heavy athletics team competition (Braemar Stone, Open Stone, Weight for Distance, Weight Over Bar, Sheaf Toss and Caber Toss), free Try It classes (bagpipes, tenor drum, Gaelic lessons, mas-wrestling), the Bairns & Weans youth program with a Passport Program for kids, sheep dog trials, Scottish Living History re-enactors, festival seminars, a Sunday worship service, and a Vendor Village with kilts, tartan and Scottish goods. 2026 performers include Albannach, Gleadhraich, The Rollin Drones, Rebel Collective, Cantrip, Cassie and Maggie, Cynthia MacLeod and Gordon Belsher, Carroll Sisters and Dashing Rock. All daytime activities are included in the ticket price except whisky and beer tasting events.
