Careers and Placements Fair 2026

The Careers and Placements Fair is the flagship careers event at the University of Reading, designed to connect students from all disciplines and years with potential employers. It serves as a prime opportunity for organizations to promote graduate and placement opportunities.

Exhibitor Information

Spaces are allocated to ensure a fair representation of sectors. Pricing is graded from £300 + VAT to £680 + VAT depending on the stand location. Free spaces are available for charities and not-for-profit organizations at the discretion of the careers centre. Each stand includes two lunch vouchers, with additional vouchers available for purchase.

Booking Process

Employers can request a space through the online portal, My Jobs Online. Organizations must register and be approved before completing the booking request form. Sponsorship packages are also available.
