IAW - International Trade Fair for Retail Promotions and Imports
IAW Spring 2027, the 42nd IAW, takes place from 9 to 11 March 2027 (Tuesday to Thursday) in Halls 6 and 9 of koelnmesse in Cologne, Germany. The IAW is Europe's leading trade fair for promotional goods, imported products and private label own-brand ranges, and it is held twice a year in Cologne, in March and in September.
Around 300 international exhibitors present their product ranges on about 30,000 m2 of exhibition space, attracting roughly 5,000 trade visitors from all over the world. Exhibition areas cover food and drinks, toiletries and cosmetics, textiles and clothing, household goods and office supplies, toys and games, seasonal and trend articles, electronics, DIY supplies and hardware, small furniture and accessories, gift and novelty items, jewellery and watches, gardening articles, flowers and plants, sports and leisure articles, pet supplies, private label own brands and retail services and e-commerce.
Opening hours for visitors are 09:00 to 18:00, with the third day of the fair closing at 15:00; exhibitors have access from 07:00 to 19:00. The IAW Spring 2027 edition runs concurrently with Asia-Pacific Sourcing. Tickets are sold exclusively online through the official IAW ticket shop.
