NAEYC'S Annual Conference and Expo 2026
The NAEYC Annual Conference Expo runs Dec 5‑7, 2026 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. It features one of the largest early‑childhood education show floors, with over 200 exhibitors spanning product and service categories such as curriculum materials, assessment tools, professional development programs, classroom furnishings, technology solutions, health and safety resources, and advocacy/sponsorship opportunities. Exhibitors receive a standard 8‑foot back drape, 3‑foot side drape, company signage, four full‑conference registrations, and inclusion of their name, booth number, product categories, and URL in both print and digital event programs. Lead‑retrieval services are provided via an approved vendor, and exhibitors are warned against unauthorized list sales or housing scams.
