Bar & Restaurant Expo (also known as NCB Show) is built for independent bar and restaurant operators. The show focuses on practical ideas, products, and strategies that help operators work smarter, stand out, and grow.

The 2027 conference emphasizes workshops and masterclasses covering Food & Beverage, Technology, Leadership, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. An Emerging Leaders Program connects students and young professionals with industry mentors.
