The Forum runs four content streams over two days, packed with case studies, practical insights and actionable takeaways on the biggest captive insurance industry themes, led by leading names in the sector. It is a key opportunity to update your knowledge on the trends affecting captives as more companies use captives for the first time, run higher percentages of premiums and lines of cover through them, and use captives to solve hard-to-place and uninsurable risks.

The event brings together captive owners and prospective owners, captive managers, domiciles and captive service and advisory companies from across Europe for debate, analysis and business-building opportunities. The 2025 edition, held on 5-6 November 2025 at the European Convention Centre Luxembourg, drew more than 830 attendees, including 288 captive owners from 215 unique captive owner firms.
