Minnesota Farmfest 2027
Minnesota Farmfest is the largest outdoor agricultural trade show in Minnesota, produced by IDEAg Group LLC and held every year at the historic Gilfillan Estate in Redwood County, between Redwood Falls and Morgan. The 2027 edition takes place Tuesday, August 3 through Thursday, August 5, 2027, with show hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Across roughly 50 acres of show grounds the event brings together more than 400 exhibitors and vendors showing farm machinery, seed and crop inputs, livestock equipment, buildings and technology. Programming includes live product and ride-and-drive demonstrations, autonomous equipment and tillage demos, specialty crop demo plots, livestock chute demonstrations and seminars, a farm safety and wellness pavilion, a skid steer rodeo, the annual Kids' Zone and pedal pull, plus music and food at the Music & Entertainment Tent.
A highlight of the show is the Farmfest Forums on the Wick Buildings Farmfest Center stage, where Minnesota congressional and gubernatorial candidates and US Senate candidates debate ag policy, alongside expert sessions on farm succession planning, tight farm economics and farm family recognition by the University of Minnesota Extension.
Farmfest is open to the public with advance tickets priced below the on-site gate rate, and military, media and children 17 and under admitted free. Camping, food and entertainment are offered at Vic's Wild West Grill and Campground during Farmfest Nights.
