Followed by a conference on the last day, this event is designed to serve as a melting pot for new ideas and collaboration in the food and beverage industry. With previous events having been wildly successful, drawing over 500 attendees, it's clear that FlavourTalk is a prime venue for anyone interested in discovering the next generation of food possibilities.
Flavour Horizons – Innovation in Food, Flavour and Ingredients. The Flavour Horizons team has a strong technical base and a wealth of experience in the food, flavour and ingredients sectors. We have many years of experience in the organisation of exhibitions and conferences in these sectors including FlavourTalk. I am delighted to announce that the 16th FlavourTalk event will take place on 24 -26 March 2026 in the Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre, South Kensington, London. The exhibition will run over two days on Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 with the Conference on Thursday 26.Please note the dates. Delegate registration will open in November and if you wish to attend please register early to avoid disappointment.
