WorldFood Istanbul 2026
WorldFood Istanbul 2026 (34th edition) is an international food products and processing technologies exhibition held at IFM Istanbul Expo Center from 15‑18 December 2026. Organized by ICA Events and supervised by TOBB, the fair hosts over 1,000 brands, 1,345 exhibitors from 153 countries and expects around 78,000 visitors. Key sections include the FoodTech – International Food Processing and Packaging Special Section showcasing the latest production, processing and packaging technologies; a Food Tech Garage Start‑Up Zone for innovative food‑tech companies; Show Kitchen Chef Workshops; and extensive Product Categories covering the full food‑value chain. Additional programmes feature a VIP Hosted Buyer Program, ICA Connect networking platform, and a Visitor Guide targeting wholesalers, retailers, HoReCa, and other food‑buying sectors. The event aims to facilitate B2B meetings, new deals, and market expansion across Turkey and globally.
