SIMI - Salon de l'Investissement Immobilier (Real Estate Investment Exhibition) is France's leading professional trade show for the real estate industry, bringing together the whole property value chain: territories, developers, investors, asset operators and solution providers. The next edition runs 8-10 December 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris.
In a context of deep transformation of the sector, SIMI has become the platform where industry players present their projects, take decisions and build the real estate of tomorrow. The 2026 edition is organised around three value-creation levers: transforming existing assets (financing, decarbonation and reinventing uses), producing value (investing, operating and managing performance), and contributing to the economy (real estate as strategic infrastructure for growth, sovereignty and territories).
In 2025, SIMI drew 26,052 visitors and 470 exhibitors across around 150 talks, and 91% of visitors were satisfied with their visit. The 2026 edition expects more than 450 exhibitors covering the full real estate chain - financing, construction, operation, digital, energy, services, consulting, planning and territorial development. The programme features keynotes, conferences and agoras on topics such as market dynamics, digitalisation, sustainability, town planning, artificial intelligence, decarbonation and housing. It is the only event in France where local authorities, metropolises and public planners meet investors, developers, property companies, builders and end-users around tomorrow's residential and urban projects.
