The 1st Hospitality Tech EXPO (Dec 2‑4, 2026, Ariake GYM‑EX) is Japan’s only trade show dedicated to AI, DX and robotics solutions for the hospitality sector (tourism, lodging, and food‑and‑beverage). It consolidates the former Tourism DX/Marketing EXPO and Food‑Industry Innovation Week. Exhibits are grouped into five zones: 1. Tourism DX Fair – multilingual chat apps, regional tourism/AR navigation, MaaS platforms, CRM and analytics, content distribution, and reservation/entry management. 2. Accommodation DX Fair – property‑management systems, smart check‑in, smart‑lock/face‑recognition, IoT room tech, cleaning robots, and review‑management tools. 3. Food‑and‑Beverage DX Fair – POS systems, mobile ordering, serving robots, reservation & customer‑management, inventory/ordering optimisation, and SaaS for store operations. 4. Hospitality Management Zone – shift & attendance, reservation, CRM, marketing, employee‑satisfaction and welfare services. 5. Labor Shortage & Inbound Measures Zone – recruitment services, multilingual tools, cashless/overseas payment, and inbound marketing solutions.
