Smart Country Convention (SCCON) 2026 is the leading European event for the digital state and public services, held 13-15 October 2026 at Messe Berlin (Entrance hub27). Three days of Congress, Expo, Workshops and Networking bring together leading voices from public administration, politics, business and academia to show how digital solutions move public administration, cities and rural regions forward. Key facts: 18,000+ participants, 650+ speakers, 7+ stages, 900+ sessions, 70+ workshops and 400+ partners.
