Hospitality - Il Salone dell'Accoglienza

Hospitality is Italy's leading international trade fair for the Ho.Re.Ca. (hotel, restaurant and catering) world. It is held annually in Riva del Garda, one of the country's main tourist areas on Lake Garda, bringing together in a single event a wide range of companies and professionals active in hospitality and catering.

The next edition takes place from 1 to 4 February 2027 and is organised by Riva del Garda Fierecongressi S.p.A..

Thematic Areas

• Beverage - An exclusive window on the world of beverages, from beer to spirits, water, coffee, wine, infusions, juices and soft drinks.
• Contract & Wellness - Fabrics, furniture and lighting for hospitality, plus toiletries and equipment for hotel spas, outdoors and redevelopment.
• Renovation & Tech - Solutions to innovate hospitality establishments, promote energy efficiency and the digitisation of hotels and restaurants.
• Food & Equipment - Reference area for the Italian food industry and suppliers of cooking, refrigeration and cleaning equipment.

Special areas are dedicated to craft beer, mixology and wine tourism: Solobirra, Riva Pianeta Mixology (RPM) and Spazio Vignaiolo. The Hospitality Academy provides a training programme of seminars and workshops.
