The 35th Shanghai International Hospitality Equipment & Foodservice Expo (HOTELEX Shanghai 2027) will be held 30 March–2 April 2027 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), No. 333 Songze Avenue, Qingpu, Shanghai (Shanghai Hongqiao).
Opening hours: 09:00–17:30 (30 March–1 April); 09:00–15:30 (2 April).
HOTELEX is Asia’s flagship hospitality trade show and a gateway for international brands into China’s hotel, restaurant and foodservice market. The 2027 edition is planned at about 400,000 sqm, with 4,000+ exhibitors and 300,000+ professional visitors. Product areas include catering equipment and supplies, tableware, fine food, refrigeration, beverages, coffee and tea, ice cream and dairy, baking equipment and ingredients, bar and drinks, food and catering packaging, central kitchen equipment and food machinery, and brand franchising / chain-store resources.
