Seattle Hot Chocolate 15k/5k

The SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run returns to Seattle - America's Sweetest Run. Choose your challenge across 5K, 10K or 15K distances and cross the finish line into a chocolate lover's paradise. The race starts and finishes at the Seattle Center alongside the Climate Pledge Arena, in the shadow of the famous Space Needle. The course passes the Space Needle, "Artists at Play" Playground, International Fountain and Seattle Center, near attractions such as the Pacific Northwest Ballet, Museum of Pop Culture and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Every finisher receives a commemorative medal, our famous hot chocolate, a chocolate fondue finisher's mug, an exclusive full-zip fleece jacket, commemorative race bib, free race photos and access to the post-race party packed with music, exciting vendors and chocolate fondue. For an extra treat, the Ghirardelli Cocoa Club VIP upgrade adds rich Ghirardelli hot cocoa, preferred corral placement, dedicated restrooms, a hot breakfast item and heaters.

The Hot Chocolate Expo is free and open to the public on Saturday, February 27, 2027 at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall (301 Mercer St, Seattle, WA 98109), 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, for packet pick-up, Hot Chocolate merchandise and vendor booths.

Race day start times: 5K at 7:00 AM, 10K and 15K at 7:55 AM. Gear check opens 60 minutes before start.
