Multifamily Exchange Orlando 2026
21–23 September 2026 at Conrad Orlando, Orlando, Florida (1500 Evermore Way). Invite-only hosted-buyer event from TheHomeMag Exchange: pre-matched, one-on-one meetings between multifamily developers, owner-operators, renovation/asset teams, and property managers, and vetted manufacturers/suppliers. There is no open trade-show floor.

- Day 1 (21 Sep) — Arrivals & Reception: 11:00 pre-event paired experiences (supplier-sponsored golf, private meetings); 16:00 registration & check-in; 18:00 welcome reception & dinner; 19:00 evening networking.
- Day 2 (22 Sep) — Meetings: 08:00 breakfast; 09:00 morning 1:1 meetings; 12:00 networking lunch; 13:00 afternoon 1:1 meetings; 17:00 cocktail reception; 18:00 private networking activities.
- Day 3 (23 Sep) — Meetings & departures: 08:00 breakfast; 09:00 morning 1:1 meetings; 12:00 closing & lunch; 14:00 departures.
Meetings are typically 20 minutes. Buyers complete a profile and rank suppliers; schedules are built from mutual interest. Qualified buyer guests receive hotel, meals, travel, and airport transfers. Supplier packages include guaranteed 1:1 meetings, hotel, meals, and branding; inclusions vary by package.

Conrad Orlando is a AAA Five Diamond resort on the 1,100-acre Evermore Orlando Resort (eight-acre lagoon, Conrad Spa, five dining venues, two Jack Nicklaus golf courses). It is Orlando’s first Conrad hotel.
