From September 16 to 18 2024, the trade fair for gastronomy and hotel design will be back. The 36th edition will be centered around future industry topics such as sustainability and recruitment.
This year, trends, innovations, digitization and sustainability will be major themes. Visitors to the trade show can expect an excellent supporting program, including presentations, examples of best practices and insider information on hot topics. In 2024, the successful FAFGA Future Feast format will be continued. Trade audience can expect a program exclusive with keynotes, panels and talks of the highest quality. The main focus will be knowledge transfer, experiences, inspiration, and future topics.
FAFGA alpine Superior, the 35th edition, Tyrol’s trade fair for hotel, gastronomy and design, proved with new innovations and products that the Tyrolean tourist industry is ready to invest in the future. More than three-quarters of decision makers said they had placed orders at the fair or after. FAFGA 2023 also saw many premieres: In the new formats FAFGA Future FEAST and tourism topics Tyrol, world-class speakers gave insights into the gastronomy, hotel and design industry of the future.
