The Cowtown Marathon is Fort Worth's premier running event and the largest multi-event road race in North Texas, a tradition since 1979. The 49th annual Cowtown takes place February 26-28, 2027 at Will Rogers Memorial Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

The free two-day Cowtown Health & Fitness Expo (February 26-27) at the Amon G. Carter Exhibit Hall features 80-100 vendors serving over 40,000 people in the health & fitness community, plus packet pickup and keynote speakers.
