The New Orleans Tattoo Arts Festival, presented by Villain Arts, is a tattoo arts convention and festival held 16-18 October 2026 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center (Hall E) in New Orleans, Louisiana. Villain Arts, founded in 1999 by Troy Timpel, is one of the largest tattoo festival organizers in the world.

Tickets
$20 day pass / $40 3-day pass. Admission is free for children under 12. Tickets are sold at the show or online.
