Originally from the Basque Country, Andrée Rosier has been passionate about gastronomy and the promotion of regional products from an early age. After crossing many French regions and meeting many chefs during her training (such as Christian Willer and Alain Ducasse), Andrée Rosier returns to Biarritz. In 2007, at just 28 years old, Andrée Rosier became the first woman to obtain the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France “Cuisine”. With her husband, the Chef opened her own restaurant “Les Rosiers” located in Biarritz. Only one year after opening, the restaurant obtained its first Michelin star in 2009. Like her inspired and innovative cuisine, the Chef shared all her creativity and conviviality throughout the show.
