The Salt Lake Home Show is Utah's premier consumer home improvement and remodeling exhibition, produced by Marketplace Events. The 15th annual edition takes place January 8-10, 2027 at the Mountain America Expo Center (9575 S. State Street, Sandy, Utah 84070).

About the Show
Around 200 exhibitors and more than 30,000 attendees make this the 2nd best attended home show in Salt Lake. Qualified homeowners attend annually seeking advice, solutions and new products for their next renovation, décor or landscape project. The show features high-interest exhibits, high-profile experts and the latest home improvement trends, with exhibitor lists, show specials and new products showcased across the floor.
Admission
- Adults single day: $13 at the box office, $11 online
- Seniors 55+: $9
- Children 12 and under: free with a paying adult
- 4-pack: 4 tickets for the price of 3 ($39)
Hero Day (Friday, January 8): free admission for active military, veterans, police, firefighters, first responders and healthcare professionals with valid ID. Teacher's Day (Friday): free admission for teachers with valid ID.
Exhibiting
Booth rates start at $1,889 for a 10x10 space. Each booth includes VIP tickets, discount tickets, exhibitor badges, on-site professional management and a listing in the official show program. According to the 2022 Marketplace Events Attendee Survey, 90% of attendees are homeowners, 76% have a project in mind, and 65% plan to spend up to $25,000 with an exhibitor within the next 12 months.
