The Condo Conference 2026
The 2026 Condo Conference, co‑hosted by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario and the Canadian Condominium Institute‑Toronto, took place November 13‑14 at the Toronto Congress Centre. The two‑day event attracted more than 3,100 condominium‑industry professionals, including property managers, board members, owners, and service providers such as lawyers, engineers, accountants, and technology vendors. A large trade‑show floor featured exhibitor booths (e.g., UpperBee) showcasing solutions for property management, EV‑charging infrastructure, and other condo‑related services. The program combined keynote sessions with workshops, roundtables, and educational panels covering topics like regulatory updates, sustainability, and best practices in condo management.
