The Ground Technology Forum (2026) is a three‑day event (Sept 16‑18) at Tokyo Big Sight that consolidates four core exhibitions: Soil & Groundwater Remediation, Ground Improvement, Foundation Engineering, and Disaster Countermeasure technologies. Exhibits cover advanced remediation of PFAS‑contaminated sites, innovative ground‑strengthening methods, construction materials, machinery, and digital management systems, as well as solutions for earthquakes, heavy rain, and land‑subsidence. The forum also hosts simultaneous specialized shows: JIMA2024 (inspection & testing equipment), INTERMEASURE2024 (metrology & measurement devices), Sensor Expo Japan 2024 (IoT sensing technologies), IFPEX2024 (hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid power), FORESTRISE 2024 (smart forestry), and the 25th Automatic Recognition Expo (barcode, RFID, image recognition). Seminars provide CPD/CPDS credits and address climate‑change adaptation, digital transformation, and resilient infrastructure. Admission is free with prior registration.
